Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

5 to 7 business days after shipment

If there are unexpected delays due to high order volume or courier issues, we’ll do our best to keep you informed. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days, please contact us at support@hengsheng.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and DHL. All packages are insured during transit until they are delivered to you.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, you may request to have your package held at a local UPS Access Point. If you instruct the courier to leave your package at the door or other unsecured locations, the shipment will no longer be insured. In such cases, we are not responsible for any loss or theft.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven’t received tracking details, contact support@hengsheng.com and we’ll check your order status for you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email support@hengsheng.com immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. Please refuse the delivery if possible, and we’ll assist you with a solution.
