HENGSHENG Oxygen Generator Warranty Information

The HENGSHENG Oxygen Generator comes with a one-year warranty period. Within one year from the date of product receipt, if your device experiences any malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair service. This warranty guarantees that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note that accessories such as tubes, filters, and connectors are not covered under warranty. While we ensure the quality of our accessories upon purchase, they are considered consumables and subject to wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage due to abuse or misuse, including:
  Improper operation or storage
  Neglect or physical damage
  Exposure to smoke, liquids, sand, dirt, food, or insects
  Use under extreme heat or humidity
  Use for commercial purposes or under abnormal conditions
  Failure to perform necessary maintenance
  Any other acts not attributable to HENGSHENG
• Unauthorized service or modifications by anyone other than HENGSHENG

Warranty Claims and Procedures

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@hengsheng.com within the warranty period. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts, or, if necessary, repair or replacement of the unit.

Please note:

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the product back for service
• HENGSHENG will cover the return shipping cost of the repaired or replacement unit

Nontransferable

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase and personal identification is required. The product must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and prior to use for the warranty to be valid.

Disclaimer

HENGSHENG is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the oxygen generator, even if we have been advised of such possibilities. Once the warranty period expires, HENGSHENG is no longer obligated to provide replacement, repair, or cover any shipping costs.
